My daughter is developing worker owned organization in the Cincinnati area (in conjunction with same large unions). They have visited Cleveland, Pittsburg and are actively working with Mondragon to spread the concept to southwestern Ohio. Your short video does wonders to educate people to this relatively old, but extremely exciting concept. It truly is a way out of our current problems.
